This is the moment a sloth bear takes a stroll down the road as a queue traffic piles behind it trying to overtake the leisurely creature.

The hilarious scene was recorded by an onlooker in Wayanad Forest in the Wayanad district of the southern Indian state of Kerala when the adult sloth bear (Melursus ursinus) appeared on the road linking the towns of Pulpalli and Panamaram.
In the video, the sloth bear can be seen slowly walking down the middle of the road as a queue of traffic builds up behind it.
The bear seems unperturbed by the cars as it continues on its stroll, heading straight towards the person recording from a reversing car.
The cute bear occasionally looks behind it at the traffic jam it is causing but continues walking towards the reversing car.

Local media report the bear was on the road for around 30 minutes but at the end of the clip it can be seen walking back into the forest.
The sloth bear is listed as Vulnerable on the International Union for Conservation of Nature’s Red List, mainly because of habitat loss and degradation.
Its global range includes India, the southern lowlands of Nepal, and Sri Lanka.
